booking policIES

- All bookings are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
- earliest makeup start time is 7 AM, any services requiring an earlier start time will be charged an early start time fee of $50 per hour.
- a travel fee of $1/km will be added to all travel makeup services.
- all artist parking fees/tolls are to be paid for by the client on the day of event.
- in the event that travel and a hotel is required, all travel and hotel fees will be paid for by the client in full.
- all services are to be paid in cash on the day of the event. please have money collected in an envelope.

destination wedding policies

- a retainer fee is required to book any destination wedding.
- all expenses are to be covered in full by the client (this includes but is not limited to: flights, hotels, parking, etc)
- in the instance a hotel stay is required, the client is required to cover the night prior to the wedding, and the night of the wedding.

Same day cancellation + no show policIES

- please allow at least 48 hrs notice prior to cancelling/rebooking an appointment. anything less than 48 hrs notice will be subject to a $25 fee as it often does not leave me with enough time to fill the appointment. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so by emailing me at tayleblancartistry@outlook.com
- clients who no call, no show their appointment, will not be rebooked.
- on wedding dates, there will be a fee of $100 for every member of the bridal party that does not show up for their planned service.

Late policy

- clients that are more than 10+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their service.

- I ask that you please allow me at least 48 hours to respond to your e-mail. i currently work 2 full time jobs, so please understand if it takes me a couple days to respond to your e-mail.

Respect

- respect is a non-negotiable when sitting in my chair, and I have a no tolerance policy. this applies to both the artist and the client.
- in the instance that anything less than respect is given, the service will be forfeited and the client will not be rebooked.
